We completed an experiment called rainbow celery . We put celery in water with some drops of good colouring.
We left the celery for 24 hours. When we checked it after this time the red water had travelled all over the celery. This is the same as when you water a plant. The water brings vitamins and a drink to all parts of the plant. The big word for this is TRANSPIRATION.
It was a fun experiment.
