We completed an experiment to show how penguins stay dry
We coloured in a paper penguin with a white wax crayon . Then we sprayed blue water on the penguin . We thought the paper would become very wet . This did not happen . The wax crayon repelled the water . When penguins get wet their waxy feathers do the same . We learned a lot when we completed this experiment.
